The most honest company that does quality work. I always work on my own vehicles, but sometimes I don’t have the tools or time. They genuinely do good work and I will only use them.

I had a very good experience with Greulich. I requested a quote for a new radiator. They called back with a quote within 20 minutes with the full cost, taxes and fees included, which was nice. The shop looks tidy and the front office was clean. The inspection identified additional issues that required urgent attention. The shop did not perform any action that I did not approve first. Everything was above board and well done. I brought my car in with a mess of coolant spills staining the engine, and I got the car back with clean surfaces under the hood.

Service has gone downhill severely from 9/2024 to 5/2025. I had the most amazing service in September with Keenan at the helm and swore that I had found the best shop to go to since I got screwed over at Sun Devil Auto by my house. Fast forward to May and service is gone. I am not even sure who the man was at the desk, because he was not friendly and didn't seem to know what he was doing. I first noticed that they didn't even bother to fill up the air in my tires, a free service that goes a long way in my mind. So I have had a rear and front brake dilemma for a few weeks. I absolutely wasn’t going to pay dealership service center fees for rotor and brakes at Subaru so I ordered parts myself and took it on myself with my bf.
