Fix Auto Glendale

This was the best treatment I have ever had from a body shop. They sent notices of where the vehicle was in the repair process: “Your repairs have begun…” “Painting should be completed by….” “Your vehicle is being reassembled…” We are on track for the finish date of Aug1…” Never has a body shop kept me advised in the process. And their repair estimate was accurate. no extra charges. And it was my lowest of 3 for the same work! This shop was recommended by State Fatm and I am so happy they did! It was a great experience!

This was my first experience with Fix Auto because I’ve only been living in AZ for 6 months. My Insurance Company referred me to them. Excellent Referral. They are a First Class Operation. Their Follow Up is Excellent. The people I dealt with are All Very Friendly and Knowledgeable. They gave me a ride home and picked me up because I don’t have anyone to take me. The job they performed more than met my expectations. My car was clean when I picked it up. The workmanship was Great. I hope I never need to have any future work done and if I do I will Definitely bring my car to them. If anyone asks for a referral I will most definitely refer them .

Ron and his team including receptionist are awesome! They finished our Dodge Ram in Trump time, it was amazingly quick and everyone knows it. They did an absolutely beautiful job, our truck looks new and they even cleaned the inside above our expectations. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We will be recommending Fix Auto to everyone. Thank you!

I just picked up my Transit Van from Fix Auto Glendale (also known as Karl's). I am blown away at the great repair of my damaged vehicle. I talked to several repair shops and none of them were as specific and detailed about their estimate and how long it would take to execute the repair. The owner, Robbie Johnston, saw to it that my vehicle was returned to me looking better than new! amazing attention to detail! He went out of his way to make sure that he used original equipment parts from Ford instead of the aftermarket parts the insurance company suggested. A big plus! On top of that all that, he personally kept in touch with me with updates and finished way ahead of schedule. H…

Wonderful experience! Unfortunately I had a front tire blow out in my 2018 International 4300 that damaged the bumper, hood and fender. After getting the tires replaced I went to Fix Auto Glendale. I was already familiar with that shop from being in the tow business and seeing that they are one of the few shops capable of repairing RVs/big vehicles in the west side. They were super nice when setting everything up. Time frame for repair and price was super reasonable. The finished product blew me away. It looks better than new. As someone in the auto industry I’m thrilled to have found such a great shop and crew of people. Finding great service and repair is challenging these days and I’m sat…
