Mark and Tony are wonderful they helped me and gave me the sympathy I needed they are truly amazing they fixed my car for free ! And had it back in top notch shape.

I have lived in Arizona for forty years and have dealt with lots of auto repair shops. True Fix Warranty Center has the best people in both the managers and mechanics that I have been involved with. To Monty,Tony,Mark and the mechanics for a fantastic job. They all kept me informed of the progress of work being done on my 2007 Buick Lacrosse. Being an old there were tons of problems. Just when we had every thing going great something else major would show up. Being short tempered I thought I would lose my mind but Monty Tony and Mark kept calm by keeping updated. I’ve taken my car 10 Times for the same issue. Engine overheating. These workers truly suck, this is a half ass car shop they will put a bandaid on a bullet wound and tell you you’re all patched up. I got a new engine put in after having the car only 4 months that should tell you everything. On top of that 30 days later my engine overheating again. They will take your car and take 2 months to fix it. Rocky’s Auto Credit is where the car came from. They get zero stars as well. Whoever the owner is needs to fire everybody and find actual people who know about cars and love their job.

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience with True Fix Automotive. I brought my vehicle in for brake and rotor repairs, but the issue was never fully resolved—it’s still squeaking from the back rotors and brakes, which raises serious safety concerns. Even more alarming, several personal items were stolen from my vehicle while it was in their possession, including: • My cell phone, which I had tracked via Apple iCloud and confirmed is still active with one of their employees. • My phone charger and additional charging equipment • Prescription medication, which went missing without explanation. Listen, do not go here. I came here through I warranty through Auto Action, my dealership, due to a coolant leak. They warned me ahead of time that they were "backed up" which I was ok with thinking oh maybe 3 weeks tops is how long it'll take. They made me sign something that says if anything is missing they aren't responsible. First red flag. Dropped it off in February. A month goes by and I have to pay 500 dollars out of pocket for a radiator fan. Another 2 weeks goes by and they contact me about paying 200 for another part for an oil leak.
