Meineke Car Care Center

Great shop!! Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my problem and had it fixed in one day not counting Sunday!! We were very happy with their service and will be back! Highly recommend!!

Very poor communication and extremely slow. Gave them 2 tries once with Derek, the second with the manager McKenna and got the same poor results each time. Although they are one of my warranty dealer’s preferred companies, I took it to sun devil instead and will pay them out of pocket. Good customer service helps the customer feel that the company might actually be trustworthy and this company failed.

Took my car to this mechanic and the service was fast with really good customer service. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road quick. Only downside—it was very expensive. Great work, but definitely not cheap. Just something to keep in mind

Came in to get my breaks inspected, which turned into brake pad replacement (I was anticipating this). The service was quick, affordable, and the staff were all very friendly and communicative. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future needs.

We had a bad experience a few years ago with customer service only and stopped coming in for a few years and recently had a bigger issue somewhere else and needed to find a new place for the repairs needed, my dad told me to try it again that it got better, I did not regret a single second of going back to them, they have our business completely back now. Their customer service was seriously top notch with McKenna and Derek specifically, they answered every question and concern and also were just amazing people. They also took care of our car, and the car looked washed along with our wheels too. Derek even came out to make sure we were happy with the look of our car. I will recommend everyon…
