I have to shout this team! Dustin the store manager, Andre, and Jay were so incredibly amazing! Each one of them checked on me as I waited for my service to be completed. Jay my technician explained everything that needed to be done with getting my brake pads replaced and my brake rotors as well. Dustin also showed me visually what was wrong with brake pads which was so helpful. Andre is so friendly he offered me coffee and water and checked to make sure that I already been helped as I was waiting in the lobby. I had an oil change on my 2008 Trailblazer and find that Dustin the manager is an excellent manager. Quoted some additional services I need done at an extremely affordable rate and even added some additional discounts. I’ve been taking my Blazer here for years and have had the best service for all of my vehicles and my family comes here too! Definitely recommend them to everyone 🙂

DeAndre, the mechanic and Dustin, the manager went above and beyond the duty of Customer Service. Another auto shop quoted me to do some repairs on my car. Dustin and DeAndre put my car up on the rack, got a flashlight and showed me that the part was brand new so it did not need replacing The other service that I was gonna have done. They got the flashlight I looked under and I could see that it was tore up so I knew that needed to be replaced so I’d have to say they’re pretty honest very good at explaining what they’re gonna do why they’re gonna do it and how much it would cost. I can’t recommend this place more five star as well worth it!

I had recently been quoted over $1200 at Brake Masters and $1100 at Pep Boys. So of course I didn’t have that, so I went the route of asking that uncle who was a mechanic over 30 years ago to do my brakes. Got my pads at Oreilly and thought all would be well.. WRONG!! I have had nothing but issues after trying to go the cheap route. I started to hear a growling sound shortly after having my brakes done by the uncle mechanic. Took it back to the Brake Masters and Pep Boys and they both told me everything seemed fine it was a good brake job that was done and I was imagining the noise.
