Joe's Auto - Glendale

Always a fan of Tim’s service and honesty. This Joe’s Auto has always done fast and thorough work and we continue to come back because of it.

Over the years I have developed a real distain for the car repair industry. When receiving quotes for required repairs, I always felt overcharged and upsold. It is a pleasant suprise to find Joes Auto is not like that at all, they went above and beyond for less than expected. The techs are experienced and knowledgeable and get the problem solved. I wish I had went here earlier. I highly recommend this shop.

Oil & filter Change for my Jeep, good price, great service!! Made an appointment with Paris, very nice and professional person in the office! And talking about professional; Tim the service advisor is extremely knowledgeable and explained a few items that will need to be addressed soon on my vehicle! I highly recommend Joe's Auto service!!

Jim at Joe’s Auto is truly exceptional! When my mom’s car wouldn’t start in the parking lot near their shop, he went above and beyond to help her. Instead of just offering advice, he personally walked over, took the time to assess the issue, and helped her figure out what was wrong. His kindness, patience, and willingness to step in without hesitation made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find someone as genuinely helpful and caring as Jim, and his dedication to customer service speaks volumes. We are incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend Joe’s Auto—especially with someone like Jim leading the way!

For many years I used different car service facilities, but the Joe's Auto in Glendale, AZ will be from now on my first choice. I was referred to this place and visited it for the first time on 07/18/24. The service technician Tim has given me some specific insights about my car, which I never heard before. He was very professional, honest, efficient and friendly - this combination of character traits is a rare thing. Thank you, Tim, for the great service and valuable insights. Without any doubts I will come to the Joe’s Auto for the next car service. Update: 01/08/25. Today I came for the oil & filter change. This job was done in a very efficient manner, and it took only 25 minute…
